A heterotopic mix of an IVF clinic and a pleasure boat ride (verticle boat dock), the building derived from the essence of pleasure and purpose as sexual escapism. The structure attempts to blend the two separate ideas without making them one singular place, including a pair of crossing staircases where for a brief moment the inhabitants of the two sections of the building are close.
