Ersham Farm is a disused farmland located in Sussex. The town is regarded by the development plan as an appropriate location for growth. Te project focused on providing approximately 50 units of terraced, semi-detached and detached units on an area of 1.6 hectares. The design takes into consideration of a large natural pond in the middle. There are several buildings of heritage asset including the farm house, coach house, barn and stables that have been designed as apartments.
As an architectural assistant (graduate architect) I worked on the masterplan feasibility and outline planning for circa 50 houses. A detailed application focused on the conversion of an old barn and stables. Worked under the supervision of an architect in producing drawings and reports.
