New build four bedroom house on a steep sloping plot of land. 

 

The client required a new build four bedroom house to be erected adjacent to their existing property. The land sloped steeply and the site was located within the Oxfordshire greenbelt which created a more complicated brief. 

 

The design proposed an upside down house with living spaces located on the upper levels with bedroom spaces on the ground floor. 

 

I worked under the supervision of a director in developing the project through the concept stage, creating design reports, drawings and models to demonstrate the design development.
