Redevelopment of existing Auchinleck House office building into 300 bed four-star hotel. 

 

The 1960s office building is located on a key gateway site on Broad Street in Birmingham City Centre and was prime real estate for redevelopment. On top of the 300 bedrooms, the development contains support functions such as a spa and destination rooftop restaurant, as well as banqueting and function spaces for external hire. The ground floor will become a new hive of activity through new and existing revamped retail provisions. 

 

I worked as an architectural assistant (graduate architect) towards tender package and documentation alongside the project Architect.
