A historical building extension, the project focused on converting and extending the two top floors of No.1 King Street building from offices to luxury apartments. 

Due to the historical nature of the building and the retail/office occupants on the lower floors, a very in-depth feasibility study was carried out on the design, structure and engineering possibilities of the proposed layouts.

As a project Architect I worked on the feasibility and planning stage of the project aided by an assistant and overseen by an associate. I led project meetings, site investigations and the design of the contemporary extension.
