New headquarters for First Choice Homes, combining their existing offices under one roof.

 

The 35,000 sqft, three storey building for the social housing provider is located in the heart of Oldham and forms part of the Council’s wider regeneration plans for the area. The project brief was for a new landmark building that will help inspire further development.

 

As a project Architect I led the construction stage of the project until completion, following a two stage tender process where I produced tender package drawings, reports and specifications.
