New office building and boutique suites designed for the creative industry within the Pyrmont CBD area, where the building blends with the existing industrial architecture.
The 19,190 sqm commercial building, consists of 3 storeys of underground carpark, Ground floor restaurant and boutique offices, 1st floor of childcare, and 7 upper floors of offices. The deep floor plan benefits from a central atrium that brings light to the open floor plates.
As a senior architect I led the Section 96 (Material Amendment) and consultant coordination of this large project, working alongside a larger team of technical architect and graduates, in producing reports, and carrying out construction coordination during tender and construction stages.
