A new super high-end multi-residential building design aimed at the owner occupier market in a prestigious area of Sydney. 

​

The development has 31 apartments over five floors, with carpark and storage in the basement and retail on the Ground floor. The apartments range from 1 bedroom (60sqm) to 4 bed units (280sqm) on the penthouse levels. 

 

As a senior architect and project lead I ran the DA and tender stages of the project, with the assistance of a small team of graduates, coordinating the project with the client, council and the wider design team, as well as producing documentation packages and reports.
