New commercial office building designed for FDC Construction completes the series of linear office buildings along the northern edge Murray Rose Avenue opposite the Sydney Olympic Park train station.

 

The 6,200 sqm building consists of 2 storeys of underground carpark, Ground floor of retail and 5 upper floors of offices.

 

As a senior architect I led the DA to construction stage of the project, with the assistance of a graduate and a technical director, I produced the DA, tender, construction, as built drawing packages and reports.
